Frantastic Events is based in the Region of Durham, and is a Catering business comprised of the following entities; Frantastic CAFÉ; Souptastic; and Frantastic Mobile Food Trailer; hereby known collectively as “Frantastic” for the purposes of this document.

 

Frantastic makes every reasonable effort, on a best efforts basis, to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination which is out of the control of Frantastic. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial contents or foods Frantastic uses could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Frantastic will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating Frantastic products.
